 Y1/R TRIP TO THE TROPICAL BUTTERFLY HOUSE

FRIDAY 16^TH MAY

As part of our work on “LIVING THINGS”, we have organised a trip to The Tropical Butterfly House on Friday 16^th May.

We are asking for a voluntary contribution of £9.50 which includes coach and entrance fee. Unfortunately if we do not receive sufficient contributions the trip may have to be cancelled.

Please fill in the attached ‘Parental Consent for an Educational Visit’ form.  We cannot take children who do not return a completed consent form.

PLEASE NOTE:  We must have the attached ‘Parental Consent Form’ and the attached slip returned to school by 9^th May in order that we may confirm arrangements and for your child to take part. 

If your child is registered with the school for free meals you are entitled to a 50% reduction on the above cost.
